His baptismal sponsors were Anton Claas of Annischerhof and Maria Suesterhenn. Anton Claas of Annischerhof was born in 1680 to Johann Heinrich Claas and Maria Katharine Kraemer of Annischerhof. Anton Suesterhenn was a villicus (overseer) of Kavelocherhof that was owned by the Baron of Gymnich.
