In 1910 and 1930 she and her husband and mother lived in Stuttgart, Arkansas County, Arkansas.

His father, Joseph Lentz (1817-1902), was from Bavaria and his mother, Lucinda Agnes Mattingly Lentz (1827-1911), was from Maryland.
After their wedding in 1884 he and his wife lived in Lagro, Wabash County, Indiana. In 1887 they moved to Grand Junction, Greene County, Iowa. in 1896 they moved to Stuttgart, Arkansas County, Arkansas. In 1919 they moved to California but moved back to Stuttgart in about 1920.
