The findagrave site indicates that she was the sister of Veronica Schmitz Gaeb. However Veronica’s parents, Nicholas and Maria Katherine Muennich Schmitz, were not married until 1840 and Margaret is not listed as one of their children in the Illerich Family Book. She may have been their daughter, but born before they married.
