He was a baptismal sponsor in 1735 for Johann Reinhard, the son of Peter Laubach and Eva Simonis of Villa Sommet.
There appears to have been a strong connection between the family of Elisabeth and Reinhard Muennich and the Laubach familiy members living in Villa Sommet and Stiltzhausen. Nikolaus Claas, the husband of Anna Maria Laubach of Stiltzhausen, or their son Nikolaus was a baptismal sponsor for Reinhard and Elisabeth’s daughter Gertrud. And, as stated above, Reinhard was a baptismal sponsor for Johann Reinhard, the son of Peter Laubach and Eva Simonis of Villa Sommet. It is possible that Laubach’s mother Anna Katharine Muennich was Reinhard Muennich’s sister or half-sister.
