Her maiden name was also spelled Geil. The wedding register gives her name as Margarete.
She was a baptismal sponsor in 1746 for Margarete, the daughter of her husband’s sister Eva Suesterhenn and Joseph Weckbecker of Sevenich.
Notes for Franz (Spouse 1)

Franz’s son Philipp Michael was listed in the baptismal register as being the son of Anna Margarete Nell. However, this was probably due to confusion with the name of Anna Margarete Geilen’s stepfather whose last name was Nell.
He was a baptismal sponsor in 1735 for Anna Margarete, the daughter of his sister Eva Suesterhenn and Joseph Weckbecker of Sevenich, and in 1756 for Franz, the son of Matthias Kraemer and Katharine Braun of Muenstermaifeld.
