Magdalene Henn, a single woman, was one of her baptismal sponsors.
Notes for Johann (Spouse 1)

In 1705 Johann Dietzeler, the unmarried brother of Johann Georg Dietzeler, was a baptismal sponsor for Johann Georg’s son Johann. Johann Dietzeler who married Magdalene Wirschem appears to have been that brother of Johann Georg Dietzeler, and thus the son of Friedrich Dietzeler and Maria, because he did not marry until 1713.
His marriage required a dispensation because he and his wife were 3rd and 4th degree relatives, implying that they were both 2nd and 3rd cousins or second cousins once removed.
