There were no women named Barbara Lentz of the appropriate age who were in the later records. However the Jodocus Lentz who married Apollonia Kieselbach was of the appropriate age; thus he was identified as the child who was born in 1683 to Michael Lentz and (Maria) Anna Oebrehe.
