Peter immigrated in about 1870 and became a naturalized United States citizen. In 1900 he and his wife and eight children lived in Wabash Township, Jay County, Indiana. In 1910 Peter and his wife Elisabeth lived in Wabash Township with five of their children. In 1920 Peter and his wife lived in Wabash Township with their sons Peter and Joseph.
