As of 1900 she had given birth to 10 children of whom seven were living. Her tombstone is inscribed with 1852 for her birth year and 1914 for the year of her death.

According to Tonner’s file, Anton married Mary Regina Enders, and Anton’s sister Christina married Mary Regina’s brother Joseph, in a double wedding on June 28, 1870 in Wisconsin.
In 1877 and again in 1904 Anton was appointed the postmaster in Mount Calvary, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. In 1880 he and his family lived in Mt. Calvary. In 1895, 1900 and 1910 they lived in Marshfield, Fond du Lac County. In 1921 he was listed in the Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County city directory. In 1926 he was listed in the Fond du Lac directory, possibly in Marshfield.
