Anton may have been the son of Johann Heucher and Maria Pauli who was born in 1738 in Villa Beauweiler, Landkern.
A dispensation was required for Anton to marry Sophie Lauxen Heucher. They may have been second cousins, or Sophie’s first husband Matthias Heucher may have been a second cousin of her second husband Anton Heucher.

Jakob Heucher and Sophie Heucher of Landkern were her baptismal sponsors. Jakob Heucher was the second husband of Sophie Muennich and thus possibly Margaretha Gilles’ stepfather. He married Katharine Lauxen, Johann’s sister, in 1747 on the same day as Johann Lauxen married Margaretha Gilles. He was both Johann’s brother-in-law as well as possibly Margaretha’s stepfather.
Sophie Heucher of Landkern was Johann’s sister Sophie Lauxen who married Johann Heucher of Villa Beauweiler in Landkern in 1744. He was the son of Nikolaus Heucher and Maria Lauxen and was the widower of Maria Pauli of Illerich. Sophie Lauxen Heucher married Johann Anton Gilles of Villa Beauweiler in 1754, probably Margaretha’s brother.
